Description First Personnel Services have an excellent opportunity in the centre of Oldham for a Branch Manager. Working within an established agency that has been trading for over 29 years and operates in the Commercial, Industrial and other skilled sectors covering temporary, permanent and contract business.

Primary responsibilities of this role include –

Day to day running of the branch
Business development
Achieving targets
Managing, leading and motivating your team
Coaching and developing new team members

Your key objectives will include the smooth operational running of the branch along with increasing market share, maintaining profitability through driving sales activity and ensuring standards of service are met.

Ideal candidates will have previously worked in the recruitment industry and will be able to demonstrate their success along with having experience of managing a team. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment & sales environment.
