| Description |
Transport Controller as part of a team managing up to 300 drivers across multiple locations.
Responsible for;
Selection for and completion of interview process.
Organising assessment and induction of drivers to site.
Allocation of work and despatch of drivers daily.
Daily interface with clients management team.
Management of drivers availability and working hours along with aspects of tachograph management.
Experience within a busy traffic office is essential for this stimulating but taxing position with some on-call involved. Candidates must have a minimum of two years sales experience.
