First Personnel Services have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant based at their Northampton branch. Working with an dynamic agency that has been trading for over 30 years, primary responsibilities of this role include -
Canvassing for new business
Expanding and developing existing business
Interviewing and managing both permanent candidates and temporary workers
Contributing to the overall success of the branch
This is a sales driven role that requires enthusiastic, self motivated individuals that enjoy being challenged on a daily basis and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
We would be pleased to speak to candidates who are already working within the industry who are ready to take the next step in their career. All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
