We are currently working in partnership with a local residential home who seek a Senior Supervisor to work within their team.
The candidate will be able to work alternate weekends and have a CRB enhanced certificate.
Main duties will include assisting the manager in undertaking a full needs assessment to establish the suitablility of the home for prospective residents, helping to compile an individual plan of care for each resident, report any incidents, accidents, dangerous equipment, concerns or complaints involving staff.
