Our client is currently recruiting for Team Managers to work in their distribution centre based on the outskirts of Coventry.
Key responsibilities of the role include
The recruitment, training and coaching of up to 120 members of staff.
Managing attendance, absence and any disciplinary matters for members of staff.
Holding timely performance review meetings with memebers of staff
Liaising with an on site agency ensuring staffing levels and key performance indicators are met.
The effective use of both IT and DC systems
Prepare budgets and forcasts for your area of responsibility
Represent your area of responsibility in management meetings
Ideal candidates will have worked in a warehousing/distribution environment previously and have an understanding of the challenges and needs of a busy computerised or automated distribribution centre.
