First Personnel Services have an excellent opportunity for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant based at their branch in Northampton. Working with a dynamic agency that has been trading for over 30 years, primary responsibilities of this role include -
Canvassing for new business
Expanding and developing existing business
Interviewing and managing both permanent candidates and temporary workers
Contributing to the overall success of the branch
This is a sales driven role that requires enthusiastic, self motivated individuals that enjoy being challenged on a daily basis and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Candidates must have previous experience in recruitment.
