We are recruiting for a Compliance Officer to work for a company who have been established for 30 years and have recently been recognised as one of the top 50 most successful companies in it's sector based on it's growth during 2009.
Working as part of the Quality Team for this Sales and Servicing organisation the role involves undertaking a range of internal audits, checking compliance of all areas of the business ensuring established quality standards along with all current applicable legislation are met
Key responsibilities include
- Planning and carrying out quarterly operational audits
- Planning and carrying out half yearly audits on support functions
- Producing detailed audit reports identifying areas of non compliance along with corrective actions
- Following up audit reports to ensure compliance
- To identify process improvements and communicate these to the Quality Manager
- To support the Quality team in it's reaccredidation of both the ISO 9001:2008 award and Investors in People award.
This position will be based in Walsall however our client has a number of offices based around the UK therefore travelling will be involved.
